Members of the N. F. – Board executive committee, gathered in general assembly.
In this occasion, I come to contact you from a completely different position to the previous assemblies.

Now a day, I am the president of the South American board of new federations, first continental confederation affiliated to the N. F. – Board.
To this respect, I want you to know the following:
Four months ago, we have started our project of a South American board for non-FIFA nations. During this short period, we have achieved many progresses. Progresses that were made with help and effort of each of its members and with the objective of not giving up and keeping our goals clear.

The relationships with potential members has improved in a remarkable way, The Mapuche Nation, Galapagos Islands, Martín García Island, San Andrés y Providencia and contacts in Tristan Da Cunha have always been ready to talk and we trust we will reach a satisfactory conclusion with them.

We are just organizing, but this does not imply to stay in a passive way, the plan for our Confederation is ambitious, we want everyone to be able to play, EVERYONE. In few months we have found our first sponsor what is fundamental for our growth and credibility of our Board.
We also have our web site and we know that it will give us a new prod to our dreams of a serious organization and international acknowledgement.

We strongly believe that this effort can be taken as an example, always appealing to seriousness, investigation, effort, love for football and equality of people. Our members and delegates have started to work in this project, adding their effort and proposing new ideas that will help to the growth of the Board.

Our objective is to be in touch with specialized people in the issues that will be treated in a future, to achieve friendly relationships with other confederations, sporting and cultural organisms. To exchange opinions, projects and experiences with them would be fundamental for our objectives.

We would like that the big family of the N.F. – Board act in the same way, we believe that this is the way. We hope to be the beginners of a new administration in a continental level; we want you to be with us in a new path that we will all make together.
